I had a great experience investing in ArrowPoint. One of my investments in Arrowpoint has gone through the full cycle. Here is my summary from that full cycle: 1. Invested in 2019. Exited in 2022. Appleton Square in Methuen, MA 2. Financial performance significantly above the pro forma, even through the unexpected pandemic. 3. Execution of renovation and value-add plan is great. The original plan was quite conservative. 4. Great communication in regular cadence, keeping me updated on the progress. 5. No delay in annual K-1 .
